Service overview
Server Management puts ACT in charge of the client's infrastructure end to end, from physical servers to public cloud. Existing environments are taken over as-is; when it makes sense, ACT leads the migration to a more modern setup. Virtualization runs on Proxmox, always with multi-layer backup, continuous monitoring, and dedicated technical support, freeing the client's team to focus on the business, not on infrastructure upkeep.
On-premises or in the cloud
Existing physical servers or newly provisioned infrastructure, virtualized on Proxmox; full instance management across the leading public cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Oracle, and others).
Layered backup
Full servers, versioned files, and databases, protected in independent layers and stored on ACT's own infrastructure or locally at the client.
Monitoring and support
Continuous infrastructure oversight, with automatic ticket opening by the NOC on any anomaly and technical consulting as the environment requires.
Supported environments and technologies
ACT takes on any scenario, from legacy environments to modern architectures, with Proxmox virtualization.

The cloud provider account always belongs to the client, who retains ownership and control over it. When the client doesn't yet have an account, ACT helps with initial creation and setup, never provisioning under its own name.
High availability and distributed storage
For operations that can't depend on a single physical server, it's possible to set up a Proxmox cluster with redundancy across nodes. It's not standard in Server Management: it's assessed and contracted on demand.
Proxmox cluster (HA)
Minimum of 3 nodes combining compute, storage, and network. If one node goes down, VMs keep running on the others, without depending on a single machine.
Ceph
One of the options for storage redundancy across cluster nodes, alongside periodic VM disk replication. The choice is assessed case by case.
Proxmox Backup Server (PBS)
Incremental backup of VMs and containers, stored on ACT's infrastructure or on a local PBS at the client.
Backup and data protection
Backup organized in layers by data type, with retention adapted to the space contracted by each client.

Backup type (full/incremental) and frequency are always adapted to each client's needs. Restore tests are performed on demand.
Standard RPO: 24 hours.
By default, backups run once a day, meaning that in case of failure, data loss is capped at 24 hours. For operations requiring a lower RPO, backup frequency can be adjusted and negotiated with ACT.
Security and access
Administrative access to the client's infrastructure follows a controlled channel, configured during service deployment.

Remote management is done exclusively via ACT's dedicated VPN, configured at deployment. There is no administrative access via public IP.

Optional access to a dashboard with real-time server resource indicators.

Contact with ACT's NOC and support team for any need related to the environment.
